Die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Erwitte wurde gestern zuerst mit dem 2. Verband, dem 1. Zug und der Atemschutznotfallstaffel des 1. Verbandes alarmiert. Anschlie\u00dfend erfolgte eine Nachalarmierung des 2. Zuges, ebenfalls mit dem Stichwort \u201eBrand – 100qm Fl\u00e4chenbrand\u201c in Schallern, dieser war bereits auf Sicht anfahrbar. Durch die weiteren Einheiten und deren wasserf\u00fchrenden Fahrzeuge konnte die Wasserversorgung sichergestellt werden, da weite Wegstrecken vorlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nachdem auf einem Feld die Arbeiten mit einem M\u00e4hdrescher abgeschlossen waren, fing die Fl\u00e4che Feuer. Durch Wind verteilten sich Glutnester, wodurch sich der Brand auf eine Fl\u00e4che von rund 10.000qm ausbreitete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Feuerwehr l\u00f6schte das Feld, ging mit Feuerpatschen vor und stellte eine Wasserversorgung zur Einsatzstelle sicher. Zus\u00e4tzlich halfen \u00f6rtliche Landwirte mit Treckern und Gespannen dabei, Schneisen in das Feld zu ziehen, um eine weitere Ausbreitung zu verhindern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach gut dreieinhalb Stunden konnte der Einsatz beendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
